Group Circle
3 months of circling, every other week — sitting and being together at this time in our lives. Each meeting I'll bring a theme relevant to perimenopause, opening into somatic guidance and attunement, then moving into circle sharing, writing, and closing with powerful prayer so we can carry what arises into our everyday lives.
A WhatsApp / Telegram group for sharing between meetings — so we can look to each other for support beyond our circle hours.
All Zoom calls will be recorded so you can return to them whenever you need.

Ancestral Work
Our ancestors are with us, whether we know it or not. When we consciously cultivate relationships with them — through our fields, through our bodies, through somatically feeling into the mystery all around and within us — a bridge is built between this world and the world of spirit.
The Ancestral Attunement sessions are designed for you to attune to yourself and to the field where your well wise ancestors are present with their support, their wisdom, their love, and their messages for you. My intention is clear: for you to deepen into your own intuitive powers — cultivating deeper trust in yourself.

Feminine Medicine
You are not here to apologize for your desires, for the space you are here to take up, for your fullness, your radiance, your fuckups, your imperfections, your magnificence, and least of all, your blooming womanhood, whatever stage you're in.
In these sessions, I channel my own Unapologetic Womban, and we feel into yours. We reveal where you feel small in your life, where you'd like to grow in your fullness — and really inhabit the space you decided wasn't yours. Take what's yours back. This is soul retrieval work.

Soul Work
A simple, clarifying space where I hold the frequency of acceptance of things as they are, deep abiding compassion, and unconditional love — and you get to show up as You, as you are in that time and space, with whatever is inside of you.
We open the space with prayer and somatic meditation that will lead you deep within your bodymind. Clarity and answers naturally arise from the depth of your being when you are fully witnessed and held. Arrive into the next moment with more of yourself.

Creative Healing
These one on one inner artist attunement sessions are designed for you to go within, meet your inner healing artist, and express whatever needs expression from within you. I am your soul guide, guiding you into your own embodiment somatically — and we treat your session as a soul journey for you to contact this power that is already within you: the power to express what's inside of you using art materials and paper, and then bring forth that which moves your soul.
I will also guide you in what materials to get and how to set up all prior to the session — so that when we are in session, it's a pure deep dive into Yourself to bring forth what is being asked to be expressed.
